The breakfast included a plentiful buffet. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The building is set in an extraordinary, gothic-looking former college. I liked the lovely grounds.
My room was quite basic. I only had a plastic cup in the bathroom. The website stated there was a shared kitchen, but this was incorrect.
